At Oasis Luxury Living, we offer a curated selection of physical products alongside our design consultation services. Please review our shipping information below.

The Oasis Eye — Design Consultation The Oasis Eye is a digital service — no shipping required. Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with instructions to schedule your consultation and submit your space details.

Physical Products Physical products in The Oasis Collection are sourced from our trusted trade partners and ship directly from the supplier to your address.

Estimated shipping timeframes:

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Oversized items (wine coolers, large fixtures): 7–14 business days
  • Made to order or custom items: timeframes communicated at purchase

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Shipping Coverage We ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at hello@oasisluxuryliving.com or 561-288-2041. We will work with our supplier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
