Robert Mays is a serial entrepreneur whose path has crossed industries with consistent results. He built a grocery wholesale business to $17 million in revenue, navigated the complexities of healthcare, and spent five years as the driving force behind an internationally recognized artist — helping build a business that placed work in galleries, design firms, and private collections across the United States and beyond.

Over the course of a career that included five years building an internationally recognized artist’s business — placing work in galleries, design firms, and private collections across the United States and beyond — Robert Mays developed something that cannot be acquired through a trade account or a gallery visit.
A network of working artists. Personal relationships built over years of shared work, shared vision, and a genuine understanding of how original art inhabits a space.
These relationships are now available exclusively to Oasis clients. When a client commissions an Oasis Design Atelier project, they gain access to a curated selection of working artists whose practice, scale, and sensibility have been personally evaluated by Robert. Not art selected from a gallery wall — art selected from a working knowledge of the artist, their process, and the specific space it will inhabit.
